Living a Life of PRAISE

New Season

I WAITED PATIENTLY FOR THE LORD TO HELP ME, AND HE TURNED TO ME AND HEARD MY CRY. HE LIFTED ME OUT OF THE PIT OF DESPAIR, OUT OF THE MUD AND THE MIRE. HE SET MY FEET ON SOLID GROUND AND STEADIED ME AS I WALKED ALONG. HE HAS GIVEN ME A NEW SONG TO SING, A HYMN OF PRAISE TO OUR GOD. MANY WILL SEE WHAT HE HAS DONE AND BE ASTOUNDED. THEY WILL PUT THEIR TRUST IN THE LORD. Psalm 40:1-3

This is where I am-singing a new song. A song of praise for God lifting me up out of the pits.

AS FOR ME, I AM POOR AND NEEDY, BUT THE LORD IS THINKING ABOUT ME RIGHT NOW. Psalm 40:17

And that is enough! In this moment my circumstances are small and God is big. I am loved by the creator of the universe! Can it get any better than that? Everyone asks, “What does it look like for God to be enough?”. I think the answer lies in this verse-broken yet victorious!
